Clear system for arrangements

Having tried several companies for Travel insurance for a family group of elderly people, I found they were raising more problems than solutions. There were lots of expressions of interest, but very little in the way of actual help. And then I tried "Goodto go." No fuss, just a keenness to find the right package.
