Telephoned for a quote has husband has pre existing medical conditions the lady was very helpful went through health questions very clearly answering any questions I had.very very satisfied with level of cover and price would not hesitate to recommend in fact already have! supportive of holidaymakers with complex health needs

It's not easy to get insurance for holidays outside the UK if you are older and have complex health needs. Goodtogo understood the problems and made holidays in New Zealand possible - and they were brilliant holidays! They also maintain a regular update on holiday insurance and health advice. The same as everyone else

Being a bit older, it's fairly apparent I am going to have health conditions. Most insurance companies treat you like an alien and hike the premiums up sooo high, you would have to be a Rothschild to afford them. One company gave me a figure for going to Australia that was more than the cost of going to Australia. Then someone told me about Good To Go and everything changed. Yes, it is a little higher, but not that much and I am never made to feel uncomfortable or different because I am older and have health conditions. I would and have, recommended them to all my friends and I think they have been pleasantly surprised too. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020
