Holiday insurance let down!

On 29 August we contacted good to go regarding holiday insurance, answering the questions regarding my health. An offer was sent and on that basis we went ahead and booked a holiday. We then went back to yourselves to accept your offer. We were then told that this offer had not been approved yet!! On explaining that I had the e mail on my tablet in front of me she said "well it should not have been sent out yet, call back at the end of the week" I am sure this can be varified via your telephone recorded conversations. It seems a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. Not a big problem though as there were plenty of other companies willing to accept my money. Don't look anywhere else

I have several health issues and Goodtogoinsurance.com are fantastic 'no health problem is an issue' which is a huge relief and peace of mind when on holiday. I would and have highly recommended them to several friends. I will only use them for any holiday insurance I need. 10/10 in every aspect of service given. Polite and Friendly. Understanding. Booked the insurance over the telephone and the operative could not have been more helpful, understanding & pleasant. Thought the price was good value for the years EU cover too.
