I feel their policies are good value for money. They are very helpful. I had to change my itinerary to include other countries but over a lesser period of time, they were very helpful and quick about processing things as well as refunding the excess money I had paid. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Having had difficulty completing my application for Travel Insurance on-line, I rang customer service,my difficulty was resolved and completed by the lady who took my call in a very friendly and efficient manner.
