Goes where other insurance wont

My wife has been on a NHS waiting list for over 12 months now for a much needed operation and we were worried about paying the balance on a very expensive holiday incase she was suddenly called in. However, we were able to get reasonable ‘NHS waiting list’ cover from ‘Good to go’ should that scenario have arisen. As it turned out, my wife is still waiting, but at least we were able to pay the balance and go on holiday without the worry of having to either cancel the operation or cancel the holiday and lose all our monies paid. This cover wasn’t available on the travel insurance companies I researched. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

I am old fashioned , so although I found the insurance quote online I needed to speak with a real person. The woman I spoke with was helpful, answered all my questions, gave me the quote I had received online in a comparison quote , it was the cheapest and good value for three months travel for my mother who is in her 70’s with colitis . They sent me text and email to confirm and a copy of the policy. It was just so simple, efficient and best value. Next time mum goes she gets 10% off .
