I was empresses with the care and concern when I had an accident in Greece. They were genuine in making sure that I could receive extra.care if needed. Fortunately I recovered and did not require further treatment.

It was assuring to actually speak to someone as we were in a little village with minimal facilities as well as being in my late seventies . The person with whom I spoke to really cared and continued to message me about my safety.. I did not have to make any claim however it was worth having the reassuring an eye of my cover. Easy to talk too and answers the phone quickly.

I was having problems getting travel insurance because I was away for 38 days and I am over 80. Had no problems with Goodtogo Insurance. Also they answered the phone very quickly on all 3 of my call. Most other companies at the moment you can hang on for up to 20 minutes or more. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
