The call handler was extremely patient and helpful. She explained everything clearly for us, We wear hearing aid and her patience was very much appreciated. My husband has many pre existing health issues that needed to be noted. We are very satisfied with the level of service, we were pleased to accept the quote and so we took out the cover for our cruise. We did not feel pressured, the call handler waited while I relayed everything to my husband before making the decision to go ahead with goodtogo insurance. Thank you. Reviewed on: 10th August 2026

I had a medical emergency when in Crete. My distress call to GTG was answered immediately and received accurate and reassuring advice. This enabled me to access expert medical help.
