Great cover, great price

Before a recent trip to Japan I was quoted cover which cost more than the ticket to Japan through my bank. Japan is a long way from home and I wanted to make sure I had enough cover in the event of the need for medical treatment or loss of goods. I found goodtogoinsurance online, told them about all my medical conditions and was given a very reasonable quote. I will definitely use them for all future trips. Reviewed on: 9th August 2018

Secure and safe in knowledge of reliable insurance.

Never had to make a claim but felt safe and relaxed in the knowledge that Good to Go had my back. I was having renal dialysis at the time and did not have to worry about medical treatment if i had required it. Reviewed on: 9th August 2018

After trawling around looking for travel insurance to cover my Ms, I found Goodtogo and I haven't gone with another company since. Changing the policies

I’ve used Good to Go several times in the past and always found them to be competitively priced - especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions - and helpful with queries. But this year they excelled. I had two policies, one for Borneo and one for Africa. The nature of these trips always means that change is possible, even probable. Sure enough Borneo was cancelled and Africa extended. It took LESS THAN 10 minutes to change the policies by phone with minimal cost. Customer service was excellent; all questions answered rapidly and satisfactorily. Similar experience in the days before I used GGIS was painful, expensive and prolonged.
