Awfull not there when you need them

ive been asked by the company if my problems been resolved and to write another review, so here goes, many people have said on the site great company and prices, yes that's wat I thought, but how many of them have actually had to use there insurance , as that's a whole new ball game, as I said in my first review , there not there when you need them I complained on my holiday after finaly getting through to the emergency line after 4hours, then couldn't get treated, on my first day home I put in a formal complaint, were now 4 weeks later after chasing them every day to start then the last two weeks after them saying it would take 5 days im still trying to sort it out. all ive learnt is as told by Ben (we don't deal with there insurance companys) so if anything if this company was now hoping for a decent review there out of luck, if anything its even worse as they don't want to admit their at fault, so if you decide to use this company I just hope you don't really need them as your be on your own, Reviewed on: 14th August 2018

Have consistently been helpful when obtaining long haul travel insurance. With pre-existing conditions it is important to feel confident that your needs are understood and that you are not being penalised especially when the conditions are being managed. Makes insurance easy for a complicated family

My family has a variety of complicated medical issues that grind most providers web sites to a halt. Goodtigo’s site makes it easy and price is competitive. Excellent support when we had problems in Madagascar. Claim handling when we were back was only area where there could have been any improvement and that was nothing major.
