Australia trip cut short.

Had to cut short our holiday, due to my Mother taken ill, and told it was terminal. We had no problem with our claim where as my sister was in America visiting family, and she is still waiting for her claim to be settled with MORE THAN insurance from six months ago. Straight forward, helpful, sensible

Having been turned down by another insurer as I am awaiting a procedure, I contacted goodtogo insurance by phone. I found the process of advising my conditions and having them accepted very straightforward indeed. An extremely pleasant staff member took the details, liased with medical personnel and made the screening very acceptable. I would have no hesitation recommending them (in fact, I already have). The best and easiest I have ever used

Goodtogoinsurance I have found is the easiest I have had to deal with, and over the years have used quite a few, and will be using them again next year when we are off to New Zealand and expect no trouble when booking even though my husband will be 85 by then. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
