We always use Good to go insurance for our holidays and in 2024 for the very first time we unfortunately needed to use our insurance abroad, my husband was admitted to hospital and from the first moment I rang Good to go insurance to tell them what had happened, they were on the other end of the phone every step of the way and put me at ease when I was thinking the worse. I looked around various online travel insurance sites and hit upon Goodtogoinsurance. I wanted a quote so answered their questions and was very impressed by the ease of using the site and quote I was given at the end. I am nearly 70 and find some sites hard to navigate but the Goodtogoinsurance website was straightforward and trouble free to use. Good, Easy To Use Customer Portal

Initially to get a quote with pre existing medical conditions is long winded but all insurance companies ask the same repetitive questions so to be expected. On average it takes me 30-40 mins to get quoted. However using your log in you can choose to be quoted for the same questions/answers as previous policies taken out saving so much time. Only downside to this, I tend not to shop around for the best price. I just don’t have time to spend 40 minutes on every call to get a quote. One of my medical conditions ends up looking like 4 or 5 due to what the answers are but they all just relate to my one condition only. This isn’t just goodtogo insurance, all insurance companies work this way which I believe just is a way of higher premiums are given. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
