Although not having had to claim, I found the proposal procedure transparent and not too difficult; securing extra cover for pre-existing medical conditions was fairly straightforward - although I did have to ring up to resolve ambiguities in the questions/options. the telephone was answered promptly and the advice given without delay. Good value annual cover

Although thankfully I haven't needed to call on Goodtogoinsurance whilst on holiday, I can travel in the confidence that they provide me with the cover necessary should the need arise, particularly with pre-existing medical conditions. Their annual cover is good value compared to single trip, and other providers. I also appreciate the newsletters they send giving me travel updates as and when appropriate.
