Making insurance arrangements was very good but like all insurance providers the explanation for what illnesses or conditions you have is not as easy to navigate as insurers think. I regard myself as fairly intelligent but had some problem understanding what was needed and what was not notifiable, my wife also had a problem on some questions and she has no issues. After purchase the messaging was exceptionally good. I was with another insurer that had the same issues but refused my application despite accepting it for eight years previously. I found the online purchase form quite easy to navigate but I had one query which was soon sorted after a quick phone call to a call handler. Very pleased with the price as my husband had quite a few medical issues. Will definitely use Good to Go Insurance again. Reviewed on: 10th August 2026
