Easy to deal with. and fair price when you get to my age dealing on the internet is not easy the last thing I want is problems. I have not used you this due to my wife's health we had to cancel our holiday. hope to be able to go next year as the deposit is still being held by the company. yes I will use you again. Thankyou. Customer Service needs improvement. Good prices

I have used Goodtogo for several years taking out both single trip and annual policies. Pricing is normally good compared to alternative insurers. On the one time I had to make a claim it was handled quickly after I submitted the required documentation. I do not find their customer service agents very easy to communicate with. They seem to have a lot who do not have English as a first language and they always seem to have a lot of background noise going on which makes it even more difficult to understand them.
