No nonsense efficiency.

Very easy to navigate website; impressed with the simplicity and range of options. Questions regarding age and medical conditions were minimal and non-intrusive. When I needed to make a claim for items lost in Australia, it was processed quickly and efficiently. I've already taken out a policy for my holiday next year and would recommend them to my friends. Don’t ignore your auto-renewal letter.

On the auto renewal policy premium notification letter the premium was over doubled to an extortionate amount. Hence, cancelled policy. Reviewed on: 10th August 2026
