Good price. Have been a loyal customer for the past two years. I have not yet made a claim so not sure how quickly they respond. Although, I need insurance only for my child, it is expensive to take our insurance just for him and had to take out policy for the whole family instead. Quick and easy to get my travel insurance with all my medical conditions covered at a very competitive price. All the information I needed was sent to me in a booklet and even a card to carry in my purse with all the telephone numbers I could need whilst abroad..
