Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel a December Policy but took out a weeks insurance in July. A rebate accrued. Undirrunately you were unable to provide rebate without a lot of tooing and froing but eventually you got it right. Thank you. Other than that hiccup..an excellent service. We have used Goodtogo insurance many times. We have always felt confident in their provision. especially after when due to health reasons we had to cancel our holiday at very short notice.
