Had to claim unfortunately, took rather a long time...

Had to claim unfortunately, took rather a long time and all done by email, which went to my junk box , so didn’t see it for a week or so. When I questioned the refund, had to put words into the call handlers mouth as to why it was only 50% of my claim! I suspect the lady was not English so it was rather difficult and very frustrating.
