I have used 'Good to go' for holidays abroad for the past 16 years and found the staff I encountered extremely friendly and informative. A few years ago whilst on a cruise I had need to contact and claim insurance due to a medical incident. Everything was dealt with promptly between 'Good to Go' and the holiday firm and I was kept updated . I will continue to use this company while ever I am able to travel abroad. I just found it very easy to navigate getting insurance online, especially as I have medical issues to report. The quote was very fair and I was pleased to avoid having a tedious chat answering questions that aren’t always relevant. The whole process was straightforward and stress free.
