Those I spoke to over the phone were knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. It transpired that we didn't actually use our travel insurance as my health was a bit too fragile for the trip. GoodtoGo didn't make me feel bad but rather tried hard to extend our policy for use later in the year. I appreciated that very much! Reviewed on: 13th October 2025
