EXCELLENT INSURANCE COMPANY

As I and my husband have both got health issues and good to go insurance was advised on TV I thought I will give them a go. I have in the passed been quoted silly money but this insurance company covered both my husband and myself for a very reasonable cost which allowed us to have a holiday abroad and we thank them for it and will be using them again in the future. Took almost four months to settle simple claim.

Submitted a claim for a pair of lost sunglasses. The claim total was £230 the glasses were Lacoste. It took almost 4 months for the claim to be settled. I had to provide the cost of the holiday, flight times, passenger names, hotel name. When the claim was finally settled, I was given £86. The deductions were as follows, £75 excess and 30% deduction for wear and tear. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

1st time I have had to use holiday insurance, tried to claim €150 for doctors appointment and treatment for cellulitis. Good to go didn’t want to know and stated their partner company needed to address this. Still waiting for money to be returned, shambles’s. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
