Good product with many good features not always found with other insurers. well priced for the level of cover provided. Had some problems with an unwieldy claims process but have been assured lessons have been learned from my feedback. Will say that I had no issues with being able to contact Good to Go when I had problems and the staff did their best to help. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

Easy purchase & covered for existing medical conditions

My experience in purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover existing medical conditions with Goodtogoinsurance has been excellent so far, but the true test would be in having to make a claim and luckily I haven't had the circumstances arise to have to do that yet - I hope if it does that the experience would be equally excellent too.
