Easy to deal with on the phone, friendly and helpful and the price was right. It would be helpful to have a help line number other than for medical. Unable to return from SriLanka in the day Heathrow closed due to the sub station fire, therefore would I still be covered by insurance returning day after expiry date? That was worrying.
