I was having problems paying for my monthly installments because of covid, I rang the insurance company and was put through to a gentleman that was fantastic, I explained my problem and said I felt embarrassed being in this situation, he told me that there was nothing to worry about and told me that he would extend my direct debit for a day That I could afford to pay it, this company is the best I have ever gone with and will continue using them in the future Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
