Quick easy and quite frankly, fun!

Habito was fantastic. I saved c.£1k on fees vs my original mortgage advisor and to be honest had even more one to one time! The whole process was super easy. Responses were incredibly quick and I got the mortgage I required with no stress. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

found a great mortgage for me after banks had turned me down

I approached several banks directly, but because of my unusual circumstances I couldn't get a mortgage anywhere. Not only did Habito find a willing lender, they found a plan with an exceptionally low interest rate. They were friendly and efficient, too! Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

Will always use in future and recommended to friends and family

I have used Habito for a residential mortgage and a buy to let mortgage. Both times they have given me excellent service and access to better rates than main lenders. very impressed by Habito

Three years ago I needed a special mortgage deal as a first-time buyer, spoke to some actual brokers in the town, and the experience was not good, to say it mildly. Lots of chitchat and no results, all those papers to deliver. Then I tried Habito and was very impressed how well it worked. It saved me time and money, minimised the stress. As soon as the rest of my house transaction was out of the hands of habito, I felt the frustration, ambiguity, archaic working ways creeping back into the process.
