Third time using them and once again a faultless experience from start to finish. Everything ran exactly as it should, with clear communication, no issues at any stage, and a really smooth process throughout. It is reassuring to deal with a team that is consistently reliable and professional, which makes the whole experience straightforward and stress free every time. Excellent service on a remortgage case

We contacted Habito on the Monday evening about our remortgage case and our application was submitted to the lender within two and a half days on the Thursday. We had originally tried a very well known telephone based brokerage on the Monday but their phones had a problem (the broker's phone we normally speak to wasn't working and they wouldn't let us speak to anyone else.) So instead we contacted Habito - it was our first time using an online broker and we weren't sure how it would be speaking just online but it was very straightforward, fast service, friendly adviser and very user friendly. system overall We knew exactly what was happening with our case at all stages . He found us a great fixed-rate deal and made the whole application smooth. Even when there were small fiddly bits with document uploads, the team helped us get it sorted quickly. Brilliant experience
