Amazing no nonsense help.

We had applied via our own mainstream banks only to be refused, came across Habito online after not giving up and they were amazing, made the whole process so easy and we had our offer within a couple of months, cannot recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

All marketing hype - customer reality is somewhat different!

Firstly, hats off to Habito for doing a great job at making mortgages seem more appealing through great marketing. Their distinctive design and tone of voice has made a lot of other providers up their game. As a recent customer though, the actual experience of trying to get a mortgage through them was less than brilliant. Clunky web chat, passed from person to person, poor quality communication when I finally got to speak to a broker, and recommended a bog standard NatWest mortgage that I was able to beat with my own bit of homework. I lost a lot of confidence in Habito and feel they just push customers through a sausage machine and sell them basic products which are not the best deal. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Friendly, easy to use service

As first time buyers, we had no clue about the mortgage process! From start to finish, Habito were responsive and clear in their communications. The process of uploading documents on their system was easy to use - I couldn’t believe we could apply for a mortgage without having to deal with millions of paper documents. Amazing

I used this company as first time buyer and they were excellent. Three years on and I am using them again for my remortgaging process and I am equally impressed. Quick, Easy and Efficient Remortgage
