Great middleman

Super Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable

During this particularly difficult financial climate I had found it extremely difficult finding the perfect mortgage for me. I then came across Habito and in particular Raj. Raj was extremely understanding to my financial situation and was very knowledgeable. He was able to find me the product that matched my needs and I will be forever grateful. Secured mortgage and improved my confidence

I came to Habito very lost and unsure on how to secure a good mortgage. My engagement had just fallen through and I was being bought out of my house by my ex-fiancé, the original mortgage broker I went to told me that due to eligibility I’d have to place an extremely large deposit which quite simply I wouldn’t afford. I came to Habito and was reassured that they would be able to get me a mortgage with a deposit I could afford, they’ve been reassuring thorough-out and have massively helped me through this period. Habito has made choosing a new mortgage really easy

I am not at all savvy around mortgages and my advisor Raj went the extra mile, working with me over a period of weeks to find the right options - switching back and forth between variable rate and fixed, explaining all the options and the benefits of each type of product - further, when i got a bit stuck as the banks are constantly changing the rates Raj gave me a ring and we walked methodically through my options.
