Best financial institution I have dealt with

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable

After a fruitless experience trying to obtain a mortagage with a different broker, I tried Habito in one last effort before giving up. The interface was very slick and with just a few questions online, I could tell the expert broker had understood the situation I was in (self-employed, with a complex record due to IR35 and Covid). Swift and clear mortgage information

This is the third time I have used Habito and every time they are on the money - literally. They are expert at finding the best deals and show you very clearly why they are the best for you. They are also very good at communicating any information you may need or they may request and are always one step ahead of the game or if they cannot be give you very good reasons as to why. Efficient specialist advice

Simple and convenient

I would recommend Habito in particular to any first time buyers or people who are worried about the time it takes to apply for/switch mortgage. The advisers were really helpful answering questions and all of the advice and documents is genuinely written in a way that makes it easy to understand. You link with an adviser via a chat feature which means it's easy to get updates and fill out your information at a time that works for you. The advisers are usually really quick to respond and I felt reassured that they were chasing up the process on the other side. I also really liked the feature which shows your progress. The Perfect Tool for First Time Buyers

Habito was the most efficient, stress free, and cost saving company I could have used when buying my first property. They got me the best deal, they were incredibly helpful in my understanding of parts to the Scottish buying process, and the fact this was all via one portal of contact made the process faster and smoother.
