The way it should be

As a first time buyer I was extremely anxious about going through the process of buying a home. Habito made the process simple and straightforward. All of the advisors are very knowledge and will share the research and why they feel a certain mortgage would be best for you. But they will also consider what you want to do as well. Excellent Service and so Efficient

I found Habito after reading very positive reviews. The research I did also indicated that they appeared to think and do things differently to other brokers. As a full time shift worker I loved the fact I could do everything on line. The platform is so easy to use , to the point where I questioned if I had missed something thinking "this is too simple". The service I received was outstanding. From the first day the contact and response with Steven and Chelsea has been exceptional. They explained everything and answered any queries I had in a timely and easy to understand fashion. I was so nervous about the mortgage process and the dashboard element did help with keeping track of progress. Chelsea has been brilliant and so patient with my questions about the how long will it take! I opted to use Habito Plus service as well and whilst this side of things will now begin so far I have been very impressed with the Plus service. I would recommend Habito to friends and family and would definitely use them again. They have made a very daunting difficult process user friendly and understandable.
