Efficient specialist advice

After a reminder stating that it was time to renew my mortgage deal, I was quickly advised the best mortgage, saving me £250 per month. Very efficient and handy with the chat option as I have two boys who love to interrupt phonecall conversations. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022

Great experience

Simple and convenient

I would recommend Habito in particular to any first time buyers or people who are worried about the time it takes to apply for/switch mortgage. The advisers were really helpful answering questions and all of the advice and documents is genuinely written in a way that makes it easy to understand. You link with an adviser via a chat feature which means it's easy to get updates and fill out your information at a time that works for you. The advisers are usually really quick to respond and I felt reassured that they were chasing up the process on the other side. I also really liked the feature which shows your progress. The Perfect Tool for First Time Buyers

Habito was the most efficient, stress free, and cost saving company I could have used when buying my first property. They got me the best deal, they were incredibly helpful in my understanding of parts to the Scottish buying process, and the fact this was all via one portal of contact made the process faster and smoother. In these days, where it’s hard to find time to have endless and pointless meetings with brokers. Habito has been at the frontiers of mortgage process with only one aim and that was converting the process to a user friendly process, where the whole process has been converted to something that tailored around your busy life with brokers that are always available and steer you through the complicated process and get the work done at no time. Amazing Customer Experience

So far we’ve had a very positive experience with Habito. We have a slightly unique case and the initial response was informative and warned there may not be anything they could offer. After we asked to proceed they promptly got back with a possible match and through out the process they have kept both of us up to date with what’s happening.
