Quick and efficient advice

Responsive and helpful

We started contacting Habito before the lockdown to apply for our mortgage in principle and although we have put our search on hold, coming back to check our details recently on the website was a good experience as all our details were still there and the advisers are ready to answer our questions. Darren our adviser was really helpful and always on hand to answer our questions. Despite providing answers on the questionnaire, he was more than happy to check other options for us should we use different terms. The process was smooth for myself and my partner. Making a daunting task so easy

I’m in the process of going through a mortgage application with Habito. It’s something that was an alien concept to me before, being a first time buyer, but they make everything so approachable. I had meetings with independent mortgage brokers before but their old fashioned salesy approach, as well as old fashioned ways of working didn’t suit me. Habito revolutionised this for me - being easy to get in touch with my broker, having any questions answered within minutes and feeling like I have a company who will access the whole market for me. Fast responses, excellent service.

We’ve had a difficult mortgage situation, because our circumstances are unique. However, our mortgage advisor with habito has been amazingly helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in thorough detail, and he went out his way to ensure we understood everything. There were fast responses, and an extremely kind service from David at Habito.
