Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and in enough details that we understood the process without feeling overwhelmed. what really stood out to us was how the mortgage took into account our rental payments when assessing affordability. As renters pay a significant amount each month, it was refreshing to work with a lender that recognised our ability to make those payments rather than relying on traditional affordability models. buying a home can be daunting but Lana made the whole process so much easier. I wanted to close my account because I needed the money. I was told there would be a charge to transfer my money by bank... I wanted to close my account because I needed the money. I was told there would be a charge to transfer my money by bank transfer or no charge if I received a check (Smart money not so smart as it won't accept U.K. spelling!!.). They only send checks second class post which means it took 10 days from the date the check was issued until it cleared into my bank account.
