SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Debbie Ward is a credit to the Hanley!

My other half and I recently came to the Hanley looking for a shared ownership mortgage having been messed about by brokers. As I am a Paraplanner, I thought I could probably analyse the market myself! Hanley had a very competitive rate so we decided we'd have a chat. The man I spoke to first (I can't recall his name sorry) was very helpful and we booked in to see a mortgage adviser. From the moment we met Debbie she was warm and welcoming and guided us through the whole process expertly and as first time buyers that was such a relief. She kept us informed every step of the way and even though we haven't moved in yet (we complete on 26th July) she's always been on hand to answer questions and even give the lazy solicitor a nudge or two! She has been fantastic and a real asset to the Hanley's team. We can't thank her enough for guiding us through what can be a stressful and emotional journey.
