Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Took months to complete our mortgage, after us having to constantly chase them for updates. Would not recommend them to anyone and wish we had never used their services. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Applying for a mortgage can already feel like a long and stressful process, so having to chase for updates on top of that must have been incredibly frustrating. While some parts of the home-buying journey depend on mortgage lenders and third-party conveyancing firms, you should always feel informed about what’s happening and where things stand. So glad we found Haysto!

We were debt free for the first time in our adult life and had savings in the bank to buy a new house but because we had been in a debt arrangement scheme previously, we struggled to get a mortgage provider. We had tried 2 independent brokers and they couldn’t secure us with a mortgage. I found Haysto after googling and I’m so glad we did. Mortgage offer accepted and bought a house within a few weeks. The cost of them are a little steep - £1500 but paying that was worth it to get the house we really wanted. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
