Fast and friendly

I got a very friendly call from HRBS about a new ISA bond I was opening with them. I loved that when they first spoke to me, they explained the context of their call and only then asked me to provide security information to prove they were speaking to the right person. So many other banks and building societies ring you up, but won't explain why they're calling you until after YOU give them security information about yourself to prove who you are. I find that dangerous, and refuse to talk to them. This wasn't necessary with HRBS, and made a refreshing and sensible change. The application process was handled incredibly quickly, too. Savings, I was advised very professionally
