Great rates & service

Impressed with the ease & speed of opening a savings account. Gd to get contact from the HRBS to confirm receipt of application & clarification. So many other institutions are blaming slow responses due to lack of staff & post office strike. Clearly HRBS not affected by this. To be honest fed up with this being used as an excuse by others! Excellent service

Everything was made easy. Although with the postal strikes I did not receive the paperwork until a few days before maturity, I found everything easy to complete and took to Castle Street office.There I was served straight away by a very pleasant adviser. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Opening savings bonds

Branch experience was great. The staff were polite, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. High level of customer service delivered. This form is not so good and does not work well. Selecting savings not easy on the drop down option. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Very Pleasant staff on the phone.

Dealing with your staff was very pleasing and helpful, although my application form allowed for multiple applicants but I had a phone call to advise me that the Regular Saver acct could only be opened in one name. Generic form apparently. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
