Website not clear

opened account via online. The website was not 100% clear on what was needed. For example as an existing customer what ID you required was not detailed on the website. Phone contact with staff member was friendly and clear Reviewed on: 14th April 2021

Easy to open an account

Bond renewal process

A friendly and efficient Building Society.

Making it easy

I needed to open an account and even with the Covid restrictions you made it straightforward. I booked a time slot and completed the forms prior to my visit plus relevant id. The staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. Very impressed, thank you. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

A warm welcome to open a Childrens Savings account today. The lady spent time to explain what would happen next and when and took the time to answer any questions that I had too. I didnt feel rushed at all and I was made to feel valued. Great service and a branch that I'll use regularly moving forward and tell my friends and family about too! Well done Hinckley & Rugby!!!
