Easy to get quotes, options explained very well , excellent value for money to cover our holidays for the whole year- good site to use - there are options for further extras but this is your choice to either accept or decline . long-winded renewal process

It took around 20 minutes to renew my policy. I was asked the same questions several times and the payment process had to be repeated because ofa glich in the system, meaning I then had to check my bank to ensure I had not been charged twice. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

customer service was great, helped save me money

I had trouble putting my payment through on line, so phoned customer services, the lady was extremely helpful and gave me suggestions on how to improve my travel cover, which turned out to be cheaper, so very impressed Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
