Our annual travel insurance was on automatic renewal, which worked well. We had several emails beforehand to give us the opportunity to cancel, if required. The policy is straightforward and easy to understand. Reviewed on: 19th January 2025

Very easy booking through the app. Very flexible and excellent customer service. In the past I’ve made bookings for the wrong dates; I was able to easily amend them and I even received a refund for the difference. The best prices online too.
