unfortunately you took two payment transactions for my policy renewal which then caused me an additional 2 hours of trying to get it refunded (I am still waiting for it to be fully refunded, but you have now acknowledged the error) so my review is reflective of that experience Reviewed on: 4th February 2025

Renewal reminder email came through I checked a couple of other sites and decided to stay with Holiday Extras i always book my airport parking though them and last year our holiday insurance it covers everything for my wife at a good price so I’ve renewed for another year Reviewed on: 3rd February 2025
