Problem solved quickly and efficiently

Having had an initial problem during renewing my policy i asked for the manager to ring me. As promised she called and my misunderstanding was resolved quickly and efficiently and the policy renewed. The manager concerned was excellent. Reviewed on: 12th August 2025
