Customer Service was a Real Person!

The quote was the most competitive of all the quotes I received. I was concerned because we have some complex medical conditions in the family but the process was quick and easy. I was unable to pay online for some reason but I was able to easily call customer service and speak to a real person who quickly resolved the problem. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.
