I like that you have a choice of digital or phoning. They always answer the phone promptly and it doesn't take long to get a quote. They ask what they need to and seem to keep the questions to a minimum, so you feel like you are sharing what they need to know rather than extra information that seems less relevant or personal. I had need to use Holiday Safe in 2024 when I was involved in a motor scooter accident in Hanoi, Vietnam. All of my medical & accommodation needs were sorted out for me and I was repatriated at the end of my treatment.
