Fantastic service

I was taken ill in France in January 2024 whilst skiing. I first had to go to A&E in Moutiers and was then transferred to a private hospital in Chambery. HolidaySafe were just fantastic! They dealt with questions quickly and efficiently and there was no quibbling about covering my hospital and related costs. I will definitely renew this year and based on my experience I would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Had to make a claim after cancelling our holiday at the last minute due to our daughter being hospitalised. Staysure were great about it and covered the full cost of the holiday. Also the cheapest insurer as both my wife and I have pre existing conditions. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Holidaysafe made my travel possible!

I had contacted many travel insurance companies, all said they would insure people with cancer, but none of them delivered. They were either very expensive, did not want to insure me, or did not even come with an offer. Their questionnaires were superficial, not serious. Holidaysafe had a very thorough questionnaire based on which they could make an informed decision. They offered me an insurance at a very reasonable rate. I was very happy. And when I had a serious question, they got back to me quickly. After I returned from my travels, they gave useful information on how to get over the holiday blues quickly. Sensible insurance

Obtained insurance with medical conditions at a cheaper price than elsewhere. If. Had needed to us it I would have had to pay an increased excess. But that is better than an increased premium. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
