I have used Holidaysafe as our travel insurance provider for several years. As my spouse and I have various medical issues, we have found their website to be user friendly when disclosing health conditions and medications. We must have had holiday insurance for over 40 years &, until recently, wondered if we needed it. Well we did & we really did. I was hospitalized whilst on holiday in Spain & Travelsafe could not have done more to help. They literally sorted out everything - the extra 4 nights stay in the hotel, the return flights, the UK transfers, quite literally everything. Then when it came to the claim they could not have done better. Everything was settled within 3 weeks & apart from the odd request to provide missing receipts they never once questioned our honesty. Not only does holidaysafe provide a good quote to suit my needs,but they have a good payment plan option that made made it easier for me me to pay over a period of time and still get cover . Their online application was user friendly. They always keep me up to date with any offers going online . Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
