Good price, good customer service

When you reach 70 years of age annual worldwide travel insurance is very expensive. With just one medical condition to declare , raised BP, well controlled for years , we were penalised by many companies, We have used Holidaysafe for some years and premium did not increase much at all . A company can only really be rated when you need to claim. Last year we had to visit a clinic overseas to obtain antibiotics, The claim, although modest, was settled very promptly . I recently had to phone to inform them of a small dosage increase and it was dealt with immediately and no increase in premium . Always tell your insurance company everything - let them decide if it’s relevant. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
