They were very competitive on price particularly as I have pre existing medical conditions . When I had to make a claim they quickly answered the phone & a real person dealt efficiently with the claim . Once I furnished them with the documents they paid very promptly . Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

I am disabled and usually have a lot of difficulty when trying to get holiday insurance as it is awkward explaining my disability on the phone. When I phoned I was put through to an excellent person who was very understanding & knowledgeable about what was required.
