Evey staff member knew what they were doing, and went about their jobs with a smile on their faces. Extremely efficient service, no fuss but polite staff made our experience one that I will use time and time again. Highly recommended !! Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Excellent service and treated like those without health issues are treated elsewhere

With multiple varied health issues it was proving difficult to get holiday insurance for us from other companies, in effect discrimination against us. Until we heard about Holidaysafe! Holidaysafe treated us like those who have been fortunate enough to escape health issues. Application process was straightforward, their communication is clear and easy to understand. Other insurers need to adopt their approach. Would recommend them to anyone but particularly those with any health issues. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

You only need insurance when you want to make a claim!

Fortunately I have not had to make a claim against holiday insurance yet, so I am not able to rate all aspects of Holidaysafe's service. However I have ordered holiday cover on a number of occasions and have always found it very easy to do on-line. The only time I have had to speak to someone I was dealt with very pleasantly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
