Great value for money and excellent customer service!

I have chosen to buy my travel insurance from Holidaysafe for a number of years now. The policies they offer, in my opinion, are the most comprehensive in relation to the price you pay compared with other insurers. I have never had any need to claim on my insurance luckily, so I cannot comment on their claims procedure, however I have contacted their customer service department previously and used their online 'chat' facility with queries and have been provided with excellent customer service. Easy to arrange and understand

Will ensure those with pre-existing medical conditions

Other insurance companies wanted to charge unreasonable premiums in relation to pre-existing medical conditions. Holidaysafe ensure they ask a range of questions to establish individual circumstances and set a fair and realistic premium with varying excess rates depending on reason for any claims. fits my needs

I need insurance to cover pre-existing health conditions and I appreciated the detail assessment my a human being instead of tick box online application. the almost entirely logical questionnaire has allowed me to get well priced basic cover with an raised excess for just the medical problems. The one error that came up was sorted out by the staff member who took trouble to go away and enquire if I was right ( about the definition of a condition) Reviewed on: 8th August 2017

Travel insurance for existing illnesses

This company is most helpful in getting cover for existing medical conditions at a reasonable price.However it may not cover very recent illnesses even if they have been dealt with in that reasonable price. Reviewed on: 29th July 2017
