When we had to make a claim, I found Holidaysafe to be friendly, helpful and prompt. I do find the website a bit clunky though. If you are going through the process to get a quote and make a mistake with a prescription drug, you can't edit the screen but have to start the whole quote process again. The best cover for travel insurance.

I researched a number of other providers of travel insurance and none of them were as attractive in regard to cost and the cover provided. It was easy to arrange online and was very pleased with the cover for my age and existing health concerns. I also saw its high ratngs on Which? Excellent. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
