Have used Holiday Safe for years and found them friendly,helpful and good value. Recommended to a few friends who now use them. I had to claim for treatment to an infection jn my eye will abroad and there was no problem getting my money back. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

When I had to make a claim for a holiday cancelled at the last minute Holidaysafe dealt with it very promptly and I was refunded within a very short timescale. Needed travel insurance with medical implications. I got a very reasonable quote compared to many others which I accepted. Unfortunately 5 months later I had a different medical issue 5 days before a planned holiday, which I had to cancel. After completing all the necessary forms and questions I received a refund of the monies paid for my holiday. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
